The below packages do not include hardware. I can provide pricing if needed. Memory upgrades are based on a 1 hour rate that includes in home service if needed. There are different types of memory and as well pricing varies. Call with your computer model and I can quote you a price for upgrade. The below packages are more common, if your needed service is not listed please call for more information.

Service and Maintenance contracts are available  to help keep your system running smoothly

• Setup computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
• Install 2 applications (examples are  antivirus or Office)
• Connect up to 2 peripheral devices (examples are printer installation or webcam)
• Connect to existing internet connection
• Setup email account

This includes encrypting your wireless signal to help protect against neighbors or anyone sitting in area and connecting to your internet or network.

• Configure router to connect to internet provider
• Setup file and printer sharing on 2 devices

When your computer is infected with a virus the first priority is to make sure your data is backed up. Malicious Virus programs have the ability to install files with system rights and possibly altering the registry. They can disable the computer from starting properly or functioning with annoying pop ups and slow the system down.

• Saving your data and programs is top priority
• Antivirus software is available for purchase and is not included in price.

Has your computer become extremely slow with many software installs and removals. If your data is backed up and you have the operating system and software disks available the computer can be installed like it was when first purchased

• System drive will be formatted and operating system installed from supplied disks
• Drivers and programs installed. Client is responsible for having data backup available. Hourly rates apply for First State Computer Services backing up your data for reinstall if more than 1 Giga byte of information.
